Re: Hair dye query

Tip: if you do decide to top up your red, 'special fx' dyes are the longest lasting of the vegetable based dyes and if you apply them to almost dry hair then cover with a shower cap to keep the heat in for around 45 mins the red should last for 6-7 weeks. Another tip is to use a silverising or viole...

Re: Hair dye query

Speaking as a colour technician with over 20 years experience, that's a load of twaddle! Without seeing your hair I cant be 100% but going on what you've said you could easily have slices put through the undersections of your hair in a deep plummy red, in fact if you want a blue based red you would ...

Re: Looking for a good blood-red lipstick

Gurlain (sp?) 'greta' no 22
Pisses all over mac, their an old old brand so it's just like an original 50s red lipstick very blue toned and über moisturising. Expensive (£29-30) but worth every penny.

You can usually find their counter in debenhams

Re: Please log public abuse and harrassment here...

Firstly I'm heavily tattooed, nothing offensive more like the stuff you see guy Achison do on miami ink. I work at lush they have absolutely no problem with how I look as long as I wear black/white and when I'm on shop floor a black apron. On this particular day I was wearing creepers and a black fi...

Re: Bands you wish would reform

I know she's done solo gigs (we did every date on the last tour) but I'd love the banshees to reform and tour, I love siouxsie solo but do miss the banshees. I'd also like to have seen Danielle Dax as she was one of the few acts I missed. The only other ones I can think of would be impossible owing ...

Re: What are your favorite, or least favorite Makeup brands?

Gurlain best black liquid eyeliner ever, though I have had a sephora gel eyeliner that is unbudgable until you take it off with lush ultrabland (the only cleanser that will shift it) Don't know about their animal test policy but kat von D's range has a paler than pale 'tattoo conceler' that would ma...

Re: Tattoos.

Regarding forearm, neck and hand tattoos, they seem to be the placement area of choice for a lot of peoples first tattoo (I presume in order to look cool to their mates) my tattooist (and I agree with him) has always said a tattoo on those areas should be 'earned' by which he means you work your way...

Re: Tattoos.

Those of you who've met me will know that I'm very heavily tattooed however I agree that not all tattoos look good. That's the reason I've had a couple of youthful mistakes covered over, I now have tattoos that are very artistically done and I am proud of. I'm currently very nearly at half body, I h...
