Hello To You All.

Post by meatloaf43154 » Sun Apr 28, 2013 6:14 pm

I attended my first Whitby Goth event on Saturday with two friends of mine. Must say i was blown away by it all.

I am Chris, i work as a signaller on the railway and have my own part time business in IT Support and as a photographer (just read the article on photographers on the web site and it pained me - i didnt take my camera and wont). I am into rock music, love to dress in my long black pvc jacket, black nail varnish and generally in black everything else - lol.

Would love to have been able to go stay over and o the music etc and go today but just not possible due to work and family commitments, and will be the same for November aswell unfortunatly.

So next time if you see a 5ft 2in, 23 stone, shaven headed bloke. with black nail varnish, possibly wearing sungalsses in a long black shiny PVC coat at Whtiby Goth Festival , stop and say hello. I dont bite. My friends call me The Time Lord.

I am on facebook as Chris-The Time Lord-Bell so please add me and say hello.

Nice to meet you all.

The Time Lord.

Hello m'dear, always nice to have another Dr Who fan about.

Glad you had a good time, come down in Nov and enjoy some music (but find accommodation now!)

And don't fret about the photog comments. The guy is clearly just trying to provoke. Most come in peace!

Unfortunatly again due to work i wont be able to stay over but we are planning for a very early arrival and a very late departure to spend longer there and do some night time shots in St Marys Graveyard.

Also may get time for a spot of ghost hunitng whilst there aswell.

LOL. I am on EOS 5D with 24-105 F4 L IS lens and USM 70 - 300 F4 - 5.6 IS lens - same IS system as the L Series, also just got the 50mm F2.8 lens - cheap as chips but razor sharp for the money.

i grew up with a ghost. Old miner's terrace, whole family had an experience of some kind. Non threatening, but still a bit freaky.

Freaked my sensible brother out so much when on his own he had to ring for his grandma to come rescue him in the middle of the night!
